03 · Delivery
From a parcel packed in France to your door
Orders are packed and shipped from France. A tracking email is sent as soon as your parcel is dispatched, so you can follow the delivery all the way to your door.
04 · Returns and questions
If a piece isn't right
A return or exchange can be requested within the period stated in the terms and conditions of sale, available at the bottom of the site. The piece must be sent back unworn, with its tags. For any question before or after ordering, the team will reply at hello@wailoa.fr.
