  • RELAY: Mondial Relay (3 to 6 working days) – €4.99

  • HOME DELIVERY: Colissimo (2 to 3 working days) – €9.99 (without signature) or €10.99 (with signature)

  • Private Parcel (6 working days) - €6.99 (without signature)

  • EXPRESS HOME DELIVERY: Express Delivery 24-48h (Chronopost) (Excluding made-to-order products) - €15

    -> For France, delivery is free to relay points (Mondial Relay) for orders over €100.

To Belgium 🇧🇪:

  • RELAY: Mondial Relay (3 to 6 working days) – €4.99

To Spain 🇪🇸:

  • RELAY: Mondial Relay (3 to 6 working days) – €5.99

To the rest of the world – International:

Customs & Formalities:

Waïloa is in no way responsible for customs fees.

IN CASE OF LOSS OR THEFT OF THE PACKAGE:

In case of loss or theft of the package, please contact the carrier directly. In such cases, we cannot issue a refund but arrangements for credit or reshipment of your package may be agreed upon.

If the package is not collected at a relay point, regardless of the cause or reason, the re-shipping costs remain the responsibility of the buyer.

Our company cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery of the package(s).

If the package is returned to the sender, it will not be re-sent to the buyer. Therefore, the cost of the package and any additional fees (such as shipping costs) will remain with Waïloa.
