- Return shipping costs are at your expense, through Colissimo or Mondial Relay, to the address indicated on your invoice.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
**I Want to Make a Return:**
1. Contact us at the following address: hello@wailoa.fr or through the "Contact Us" section on wailoa.fr, providing:
- Your First and Last Name
- Your order number
- Whether it's an exchange or refund: specify the items you are returning (Reference, size, color & quantity) and the items you want in exchange (Reference, size, color & quantity).
2. Download the return form here: Return Form – Waïloa. Carefully fill out the form and include it inside the return package.
3. Simply mail the package.

**What is the processing time for my exchange/refund?**
- We refund you through the payment method used during the order.
- Refunds and exchanges are processed within 14 days upon receipt of the returned product(s).
In accordance with Article L121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to return products that do not suit you (as evidenced by the carrier's postmark).
**I Received the Wrong Item or a Defective Product?**
