When you work alone, it's easy to get scattered and lose sight of your goals. So, I decided to refocus on what's essential. My winning trio for the year: B2B , bringing production back to my own scale, and above all, paying myself my first salary . Ambitious, right?
Each of these major goals spawns a whole host of smaller ones. And that's where the temptation to spread yourself too thin is real. New resolution: if a task isn't aligned with these three behemoths, I'll put it aside for the time being.
Ah, the vision board, it's like my visual GPS to success. I've put together images and words that represent my professional and personal ambitions, laminated it, and bam, it's on my desk. Now, no more excuses to stray from my path!

My goal for 2024 is clear: to pay myself my first salary and propel my brand to new heights. How? By becoming a numbers machine, a prosperous and responsible company.

Since the start of the academic year, Excel has been my best friend. I've created countless spreadsheets to calculate how much I should sell my products for, at what price to buy them, and at what price to offer them to professionals.
I prepared an annual forecast. It wasn't the most fun part, but it was crucial. Understanding each expense and anticipating investments is the key to knowing where I stand.
In 2024, profitability is the watchword. We plan, we calculate, we anticipate, not out of obligation, but because it's the path to success. And even if the numbers can be daunting, they guide us toward a prosperous future. To profitability and success! 🌟💪
