Fault: The inscription is located in the center of the mug, so if you drink, you hold your cup with your right hand, the inscription is not outwards or towards you but on the left... It's a small customization problem. Nothing serious and nothing that harms the use of the cup, it's purely aesthetic.
Les Imperfaits: Always with the aim of limiting waste, Waïloa is committed to creating a “Les Imparfaits” section in order to sell products with defects or details that are not up to the mark. In addition, you benefit from a nice discount and you can treat yourself at a reduced price. Please note, these products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Hiking or picnic mode activated? We customized the perfect mug. It is lightweight, multifunctional and designed for mountain lovers.
Made of enamel with a silver border it measures 8x8 cm.
Please note, you can only wash it by hand and do not use it in a microwave or oven! Also consider that drinks like coffee or colored juices can color the email.
Take care of your clothing
How to take care of your Waïloa item?
Choose hand wash to make your product last over time.
Separate the white, colors and black before starting your washing machine. Avoid anti-fading wipes which could cause your product to tarnish.
Wash at 30 degrees maximum .
We strongly advise you to return your product in order to put it in the machine to preserve the prints.
Do not tumble dry. We recommend letting your favorite item dry in the open air, spread out. Little tips: You can shake it before hanging it out so that it is less wrinkled. You can iron your item at least but don't overlook the patterns!
Tips number 2: Use a cloth between your garment and your iron to preserve the fiber and the prints.
NB: This table was created for all of our products. If a product is treated differently, we will specify this directly in the product sheet.
